Day 11 — A Deceased person you wish you could talk to
I would pick my Grandma Nulph. Grandma Nulph passed away when I was in 8th grade, from ovarian cancer. She was so much fun and full of life and I wish I could have spent more time getting to know her. She and my grandpa lived in Pennsylvania, so we didn't see them that often, but it was so much fun to see them. My grandma was born and raised in Hawaii, and was just a neat lady. She was always laughing and joking around. If I could talk to her today, I would ask her about her life, and really pay attention. I would also ask her to teach me how to speak Hawaiian, which she spoke. Oh, and how to do the hula and play the ukulele-all of that stuff. It's unfortunate that I only had a short time to get to know her, and sometimes I think that's unfair to me, as her granddaughter, to not be able to spend time with one of my grandmas. I've been lucky enough to have my dad's grandparents nearby and be able to get to know them really well. I just wish it could've been that way with Grandma Nulph. Well, I'll see her again in Heaven someday.
